功能描述

当前的推荐设置-视频时长过滤中只有0、30、60、90和120秒，希望提供自定义的时长选项或提供600秒的选项，以及希望提供以标题的关键词等进行过滤的功能

目标

更好的过滤出长视频和高创视频，而不是无意义也没有创作难度的视频，尤其是造谣和引战的短视频
