Tool set for analysing, plotting, and manipulating data of molecular simulations stored in the H5MD file format.
H5MD tools is based on the Python package h5py for accessing HDF5 files. H5MD tools aims at increasing productivity in simulation-based research and at becoming a reference reader for the H5MD format.
H5MD tools are free software and licensed under the GPL.
