It would be nice to have an option to prevent the score point deduction for wrong marked words. At the moment I can only enable "show score points" in the behavior settings, so that the user better understands the scoring results. But I can not prevent the point deduction. Actually I already developed this little feature, just have to write a PR for you to review it...

@osa-freiburg You mean the user could simply mark all the words and get full score automatically without thinking?

@otacke Thanks for commenting so quickly! Actually I didn't think of so much criminal energy. ;) But of course you are absolutely right. I added a hint in the description of the new parameter field: "(be careful: might be abused from users who simply mark all the words to get full score)" so that the content author could decide to enable this feature nevertheless and knowing about the risk.

In all circumstances where the scoring points are not that important, it still could be useful to prevent the automatic deduction of points. The automatic deduction could demotivate learners.
And by using "mark the words" content type in question set, enabling the "show score points" seems to have no effect - it doesn't show the plus and minus points. This could irritate learners who marked one or more right words without getting at least one scoring point. But I have to dive deeper to ensure this issue (it seems to be the same issue in other content types which can be used in question set - e.g. multi choice).
