This issue outlines work for CTJ MVP 2 specifically related to expanding our Skills Matrix for other initiatives at Hack for LA, outside of Communities of Practice.

Discuss with Bonnie if the following Skills Matrix are still relevant for the organization.
If yes, move forward with the following tasks outlined below and update this issue with deadlines and who is working on what. If no, edit this issue or close it out.
Create a Skills Matrix for Community Management (we call it admin but we should move to calling it Community Management which is industry standard)
Create a Skills Matrix for Content recommended to talk to UI/UX Community of Practice about developing this
