Cleanup Figma file and organize archives

Overview

To optimize our Figma workspace, we need to clean up the main Figma file and move archived assets to a separate file. This will ensure that the main file remains focused on active work, while archived components are organized and accessible without cluttering the primary workspace.

• Remove Outdated Assets from Main File
• Create and Organize Separate Archive File
• Organize Archived Assets with Clear Structure
• Establish Consistent Naming Conventions

List of updates made this week:

• Met with Lu on Friday(11/22) to rearrange and clean up existing pages in Civic tech jobs Figma:

  • Condensed MVP Desktop and Mobile page into MVP User flow
  • Organized and rearranged mobile design screens into Mobile responsive design
  • Pushed remaining empty pages into Archive section (Pg 43 - 49)

• Migrated 4 pages to CTJ Archive(UXR Archive)

  • Role Qualifier Page (Multi-chip) UT
  • Role Qualifier Page (Accordion) UT
  • Availability Qualifier Page (Calendar)
  • Availability Qualifier Page (Range)

• Reorganized UXR Archive

  • Used sections to group categories, instead of using the rectangle elements previously
  • Grouped the Role Qualifier Pages and Availability Pages into individual sections
