Let this issue sit for a while, we discussed that we don't need alt. text for "decorative" images, so the alt text needs are fulfilled for right now (i.e. those on the Credits page). You can check in with Dev and Design to be sure i.e. this issue. . There will be a need to revisit this issue on a broader scale than the credits page down the line, so keeping it open.
