Hi,

This looks like a cool extension, but is there anywhere where I can read more about it?

The hackmd.io frontpage mentions it really shortly, in a very short sentence, but no details.

The chrome extension pages offers a bit of introductory video but nothing else. It links to the main hackmd.io page too.

Who are behind this extension? The original hackmd team?

Is this supposed to be a hackmd only compatible feature, or it will support codimd, too?

Apparently this is closed source. Any plans on open source it...?

As I said, cool extension, but not enough info about it. 😃

We currently not have an official announcement of the extension on our website, but on our social networks, like Facebook page or Twitter. And yes, this is made from the original HackMD Team with love <3

We will say more on our homepage, as you might notice, we recently have a new look 😎. Open sourcing this extension is still under discussion, but might not happen in the near future.
