how does pilup.js handle overlapping genes in the "Genes" track? We were first a little confused when a gene we annotated for a variant didn't show up when visualising the alignment around it.
Now I think we understand that gene names are only displayed if there's an exon in the current window, no? Is it possible to display a gene (maybe greyed out, lower opacity) if it overlaps the window only with intronic regions?
