כיום להבנתי השורה העליונה (״פורטל מידע פתוח״) מגיעה מתוך המערכת והשניה מוגדרת ע״י המשתמש.

צריך ששתיהן תהיו מוגדרות ע״י המשתמש (בשדה טקסט אחד, לכל שפה)
