@niryariv could you provide more details about how you uploaded this file? did you use a URL or uploaded the file? any additional details will be useful to debug this

I now clicked the 'האלה למחסן הנתונים' button so the datastore was uploaded now (but there is another unrelated problem with this CSV, see #176)

in case it's still relevant - I uploaded as usual via the CKAN admin UI, nothing special
