jQuery on Baseframe is currently on 2.1.3. We should upgrade to 2.2.4 and allow clients to use the latest 3.x branch optionally.

Once this is done, the jQuery customization that was introduced in hasgeek/boxoffice#178 should be removed.

Any reason to not just use 3.x everywhere?
We could do that, but we'll of course have to first test all our apps with 3.x and make necessary changes.
