Use / as a separator between account and project

Funnel currently uses > (stylized ›) as a separator, but / is better because it already represents hierarchy in a path, and a variant in English writing. Funnel should switch to / and perhaps introduce it as a graphic design element to emphasize the concept of activities within a brand name.
