BUG: denying consent does not reliably remove tracking till page reload #176

Due to their nature, scripts get initialized and we actually have no control on what these external scripts really do.

We should reload the page if user denies consent for a script/wrappercomponent implementing integration.

Also we should add an config option to disable this behaviour if desired
