Passing locla kickstart file as input during rhel vsphere build.

Hello,

I've been having issues passing a local kickstart file (local to the same machine running packer) to my vsphere for a rhel build. I've tried the floppy and cdrom builders but, it doesn't seem like its sticking.. I am able to get passed the default gui rhel setup screen however, when I get to the kickstart portion, it says that the file cannot be fund and just hangs.
