Use-cases

This teams notification feature is still in beta stage, however it is not reflected in TFC provider.
End goal is to configure whole TFC via code.

Attempted Solutions

Current resource is for workspace notification only, it is not going to work with team's notifications.

Proposal

Existing resource tfe_notification_configuration can be altered to configure team notifications as well.
