No issues at all from my side, using the same addon with an Android App. So most likely this issue is nothing that will be solved here within this addon, its a local issue with your client or a Vaultwarden Bug.

I've just found out than I can't sync my vault when using Bitwarden Android APP.
(Sorry, I do not remember the last time I could sync)
However I can acces to my vault by typing my personal server adress and also with the Bitwarden chrome extension.
