get_contest route does not return contest detail when no user is logged in. #118

The contest detail page currently requires the user to have an authentication token in order to view the content.

The problem looks appears to be a backend problem:

The querying for submission requires a current_user
The function calls a routed procedure (get_inspirational_image) that's been wrapped by the authentication wrapper.

This route should be made available to public.
