Local file access!?

What happened to local file access? Was the option really removed? Now I can't open locally saved files (.mht, .html, etc) with new Yuzu. It is an essential feature for me.
No version can replace v5.0.2. I'm staying with that.
At least, 6.0.x fixed some nasty bugs from 5.1 betas. However, upgrading from 5.0.2 to 6.0.2 had some quirks (subject for another Issue).
