Subtasks:
-Apply correct hex codes from Figma, as they now fit the official UNICEF color scheme
-Move values to the right side of the statistics card (example in Home/Categories.Statistics)
-Ensure text overflow behaves as depicted in Home/Categories.Statistics; namely, text overflow should create a new line

Apply these changes in Justin/home-UI-cleanup and then submit a PR and notify Matthew when done! :)
