Gather feedback from core customers

Per a chat with William today -- most important for the app, moving forward, is to find out (more) about what intend users think about it, + whether they find it usable + useful.

This can take some time (because not everybody has time to look at stuff, or to articulate their response to it). But any feedback at all will be useful. Assigning to William because this involves talking to people and reminding them to respond and such.
