I have a 48KHz 24bit audio file, after LDAC conversion, it becomes 16bit.

ldacdec indeed only produces 16 bit wav

Though files between 24 bit and 16 bit source files are different, so encoder works (990/909 is constant bitrate, so size should be the same and it is).
