It looks like there's no easy to to match the beacon id as reported in gwrs logs with the beacon id as reported by the IoT verifier (and used by reporting tools).

@andymck can you point at where the id for a beacon is generated by the oracle for reference please? It looks like it's more than just the b64 of the beacon content itself
