Can't install on Debian WSL

When i add repo with:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:maveonair/helix-editor

The PPA is not maintained by us. The only officially supported installation method is building from source or downloading binaries from the github release.

If you want to use the PPA you need to find out who maintains it and contact them. I would guess that the PPA is setup for ubuntu and not Debian
