Plugins required to catch up with emerging AI tooling

Gen AI already proved as useful tool for us - Developers. And helix is absolutely awesome code editor which combine modal editing, innovative UX/UI, and work out of the box (at least for Rust).

The only issue - it's impossible to integrate 3rd party tools yet, due to lack of plugins system, i saw there is proposal to use https://github.com/mattwparas/steel would be really great to have it, so we could start developing tools on top of that.
