Describe the problem
Add settings to support Radarr/Sonarr configured scoring.

Describe any solutions you think might work
If enabled, Radarr/Sonarr scoring should be primary scoring mechanism - fall back to traditional scoring in the event of a tie (for example, multiple files score as "0" in Radarr/Sonarr)

Additional context
Will require the following additional config values:

  • Prefer Radarr Scoring (boolean - default false)
  • Radarr URL
  • Radarr API Key
  • Prefer Sonarr Scoring (boolean - default false)
  • Sonarr URL
  • Sonarr API Key
