This was needed while @devendrachaplot was upgrading his stretch to 20.04.
The issue/symptom was exactly as described in https://forum.hello-robot.com/t/stretch-robot-system-check-not-working/324/2 and the fix was found at https://forum.hello-robot.com/t/stretch-robot-system-check-not-working/324/4
