Update to Filament 3

Hello I wanted to try this package but I face this issue :

Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires heloufir/filament-workflow-manager * -> satisfiable by heloufir/filament-workflow-manager[1.0, ..., 1.1.11].
- heloufir/filament-workflow-manager[1.0, ..., 1.1.11] require filament/filament ^2.13 -> found filament/filament[v2.13.0, ..., v2.17.56] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^3.2).
