Add options for snake game #12

A few elements need to be added to reflect the Google Snake Game.

Added option to adjust the initial length of the snake (currently fixed at 3)
Added an option to select the horizontal and vertical lengths of the board, rather than making it square

helpingstar added the enhancement label
