Chocolate balls

Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 4 msk sugar
  • 1 msk cocoa
  • 3 dl rolled oats
  • 1 msk water
  • Pearl sugar (for coating)

Procedure

  1. Place the butter in a bowl and let it soften to room temperature
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and cocoa powder
  3. Add the cocoa-sugar mixture to the softened butter. Mix until smooth and fully homogenized
  4. Add the rolled oats and water, working the mixture until evenly combined
  5. Pour pearl sugar onto a plate
  6. Roll the oat-cocoa blend into small balls, then coat each one by rolling it in the pearl sugar
  7. Transfer the chocolate balls to the fridge and chill until firm
