- 100 g butter
- 4 msk sugar
- 1 msk cocoa
- 3 dl rolled oats
- 1 msk water
- Pearl sugar (for coating)
- Place the butter in a bowl and let it soften to room temperature
- In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and cocoa powder
- Add the cocoa-sugar mixture to the softened butter. Mix until smooth and fully homogenized
- Add the rolled oats and water, working the mixture until evenly combined
- Pour pearl sugar onto a plate
- Roll the oat-cocoa blend into small balls, then coat each one by rolling it in the pearl sugar
- Transfer the chocolate balls to the fridge and chill until firm
