- 650 g chicken
- 2 red paprika
- 1 mango
- 1 msk soy sauce
- 5 dl creme fraiche
- 175 g mango chutney
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 1 tsk sambal oelek
- 1 krm salt
- Chop the paprika
- Chop the mango
- Chop the chicken
- Fry the chicken until no raw parts are visible
- Add soy sauce and fry for another minute
- Add creme fraiche, mango chutney and bring to boil at low heat
- Add the vegetable bouillon cube and sambal oelek
- Keep boiling at low heat for 15 minutes
- Add paprika and boil until preferred softness
- Add mango
- Taste the sauce and add more salt if needed
- Serve with rice
