Skagenröra

Ingredients

  • 480 g shrimps
  • 1x red onion
  • 4 msk dill
  • 1x lemon
  • 1 krm black pepper
  • 1 krm salt
  • 2 tsk lemon juice
  • 1 dl mayonnaise
  • 2 dl creme fraiche

Procedure

  1. If the shrimps are in brine then let them rest in a sieve while performing the other steps
  2. Chop red onion and add to a bowl
  3. Grate the zest of one lemon into the bowl
  4. Add black pepper, salt, lemon juice and mix
  5. Add mayonnaise, creme fraiche and mix
  6. Add shrimps and mix

Serving Suggestions

Baked potatoes: 225 °C in the oven for 60 min
