- 480 g shrimps
- 1x red onion
- 4 msk dill
- 1x lemon
- 1 krm black pepper
- 1 krm salt
- 2 tsk lemon juice
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 2 dl creme fraiche
- If the shrimps are in brine then let them rest in a sieve while performing the other steps
- Chop red onion and add to a bowl
- Grate the zest of one lemon into the bowl
- Add black pepper, salt, lemon juice and mix
- Add mayonnaise, creme fraiche and mix
- Add shrimps and mix
Baked potatoes: 225 °C in the oven for 60 min
