Update fails trying to request with an update count of over 100

Due to the way that Google handles their RSS feed, if you type in a number higher than 100 it will default back to 15. However, this failure happens silently, and won't be caught if using the program. I'd recommend either adding in a warning that over 100 will fail, or perform the update functionality by spidering again for the most recent topics.
