We need for Microsoft employees to be able to login using their Microsoft credentials. Most likely through OAuth

Setup Oauth credentials on the Backend
Modify the Database to accept Oauth credentials

Time estimate: 4 - 5 days? depends on how complex or awkward Oauth gets
