+The data is extracted from a European Commission webservice

+## Usage ##

+	require_once('vatValidation.class.php');
+	$vatValidation = new vatValidation( array('debug' => false));
+	$vatValidation->check($countryCode, $vatNumber));

+Your instance can now access the following methods:
