Enable/disable the Magic Highlighter on a per-site basis

A user recently submitted the following feedback:

When I need to search Magic Highlighter works great. However, I don't want it to always be on. Currently I have to disable the extension when I don't want it. Can you please add a toggle/choice such as: - off by default, toggle on per page - manually enable/disable function overall Thanks, [redacted]

The on/off toggle feedback is similar to #6, but per-page (or site) toggles are a new detail, which we can track here. ⚡

Hmm, a domain block list should be easy thanks to the underlying work I did in the 0.7.0 release. 🤔

I might be able to make some progress on this one later this month.
