I am drawing your attention to MetroloPy (https://github.com/nrc-cnrc/MetroloPy). It is a python package for representation and propagation of uncertainties, according to the reference Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM) from the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM), home of the International System of Units (SI).
