HHD service fail to start due to systemd-homed #149

I've remark that HDD service restart 3 times because it can't access to config file on user's home before login and decrypt /home directory.
Here is the log message : hhd[681]: PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/.config'
When I'm logged in, the service start as usual without error.

I think in the short-term the best thing we can do is make it wait. Longer term moving to /etc will be beneficial

You're using the new systemd/gnome home encryption?

I don't know which version it is. I use systemd-homed from Arch systemd package..
