Describe the bug

When including an HTD Lync zone in a scene. The scene specifies the is_volume_muted: false, however when applying the scene, the plugin mutes the zone. Like wise if I manually un-mute the zone, the mute is applied if I discontinue the scene. Appears there may be some bad logic when applying mute.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure a scene with an HTD zone.
2. Edit scene in YAML to view the prescribed state is is_volume_muted: false
3. Ensure the zone is currently un-muted
4. Apply the scene, the application will toggle the mute to true despite being prescribed as false
