Unneeded files and directories in eop-resource tarball.

The runtime environment tarball file holds some unneeded files in it. I recommend the maintainer to remove them.

• (on the top directory) Java (32 bit LSB executable file for linux). (WTH?)
• /derivbase : This holds internal static data of derivbase data in plain text file. The data is not meaningful, outside of the lexical resource. This should not be included in the runtime environment resource tarball.
• /dewakdistributional-data and /dewakdistributional-data-10k: Both should not be part of runtime environment. They are part of static data of the lexical resource that are part of lexical resource.

Please remove them in next packaging!
