@kohlhase points out that our latest logo isn't particularly recognizable or iconic as a favicon, nor is it even sharply defined at the resolution in which we're using it as a logo. He suggests that we should create a contest. I was thinking that this could be a good part of our "re-launch" publicity. We can show the old logo by Nic Soudee, the new one by Fabrizio Terzi -- and the Firefox icon set above. We would have to explain that we need different logos at different resolutions.
I think that a real prize (like $300) would be good to accompany the contest... if we could come up with the money by this summer.
