Dynamic Slider Speed

When using a mobile device to move sliders in the configuration/diagnostics portion of a a device info page, it is incredibly difficult to end on the exact number you are aiming for.

For example, Inovelli switches are very configurable. When I click the "Settings --> Devices & Services --> Devices --> Inovelli Switch" and try to configure the LED bar color to something like 170, I frequently land on a number like 168 or 172. Getting exactly 170 is very tedious.

Solution: a means of variable/dynamic slider speed. Potentially this could be done by not only moving the slider left and right, but also up and down, where left and right adjust the value, and up and down adjust the speed of scrolling. This idea is inspired by the YouTube app's "Pull up for precise seeking"
