Push Mobile Config

My request/idea is this:

The ability to pull the full Home Assistant App settings from all devices connected to an instance.

Then change them and push that config out to the device.

Primarily, the default dashboard, NFC, Sidebar, Primary/Accent Colour, MFA, Actions, Internal + External URL and theme.

And show/hide the page selector line + show/hide the sidebar button.

If this is to be implemented any privacy related settings must be excluded. I like the idea of quick templates as it were being pullable I'm not sure about pushing to a user's device without their knowledge. I think some notification would need to pop up asking for confirmation as a minimum
