Hi,
since iOS 14 Sound Recognition function is available on iPhones.
When the smartphone recognize a specific sound (there's a set of them you can choose), a notify is raised.
Don't know if possibile, but could be really useful exporting this events as a sensor @Home Assistant via Companion.
