rename_usage_experience

some file needed batch rename,so the below command that must be given
#for instance
Ap_EpC_1.fq  Ap_EpC_2.fq  Ap_EpY_1.fq  Ap_EpY_2.fq  Ap_HeC_1.fq  Ap_HeC_2.fq  Ap_HeY_1.fq  Ap_HeY_2.fq  Ap_MgC_1.fq  Ap_MgC_2.fq  Ap_MgY_1.fq  Ap_MgY_2.fq
#rename usage
$rename _1 _good_1 *.fq #batch substitute "_1" with "_good_1"　　＃first string take regular expression,second string was your modified format,third take all that you need to fix file.
$rename _2 _good_2 *.fq  #batch replace "_2" into "_good_2" 
#rename _new "" * #altering _new string into empty   SHB6.5_11-T17_good_1.fq_new into SHB6.5_11-T17_good_1.fq
the result show following:
Ap_EpC_good_1.fq  Ap_EpY_good_1.fq  Ap_HeC_good_1.fq  Ap_HeY_good_1.fq  Ap_MgC_good_1.fq  Ap_MgY_good_1.fq
