Server side requests to hono api

So i am tring to hit a hono end point on a next js app, i am calling the endpoint on server side and it seems like connecting to hono returns an
port: 80, address: '::1', syscall: 'connect', code: 'ECONNREFUSED', errno: -61,

I am making the call through react query
