Just playing around with this nice UI element. It got what I need, but I like to get the element in my dashboard as small as possible (i.e. at the moment I plan 2x1). I do not need the time axis, but it looks like it cannot be hidden as minimum of 2 ticks is set. Would it be possible to make this configurable/hideable so that just the colorized bar shows up?

I think it is possible, There will be plenty of free space then, what do you think it could be used?
Maybe this way:
currently the label can not be shown if size is 1 unit height.
If timeline removed, the label can be shown. And if label is left empty, then widget can fill whole available area.
Could this work for you?
I recognized the hidden label at 1 unit hight; if not empty, this can be shown - good idea. If empty, also yes, the bar may fill everything. Then every option can be taken.
Another more complex idea is the option of allowing 2 bars just like in ui-level "Pair Horizontal".
