[Bug]: macOS autostart not working #1546
Comments
Hi and sorry to hear about this. Is it for all menu items or only the ones you mentioned? Is it also with the new version I released yesterday? |
Hi there. I have not had a chance to try all menu items, but I did just upgrade to 1.17.2 and the issue of 'Start Stretchly automatically when logging in' still is broken. The setting does not persist when you quit and start again. I did confirm, however that the remaining settings from 'Show breaks in' to 'Show breaks even in Do No Disturb mode' do persist correctly when you set, close and re-open the app. Unfortunately the 'Start Stretchly' option is most urgent because I will forget to set it manually! |
Not sure if this is the correct way to comment, but I'm having the same issue using version 1.17.2, running Sonoma 14.6.1. Checking Start Stretchly automatically when logging in doesn't save. If i check it and then close and reopen the window, it is unchecked. Other checkboxes/settings save correctly. Preferences{ |

Reproduces how often: 100% (only on very first time opening the app)
Expected Behavior
When sliders are moved for 'Break for' and 'Every' the time changes.
When you attempt to tick 'Start Stretchly automatically when logging in' it does not retain the change in preferences.
Actual Behavior
When sliders are moved for 'Break for' and 'Every' the time does not change.
When you attempt to tick 'Start Stretchly automatically when logging in' it should retain the change in preferences

Additional information
To get sliders to work, I had to use 'reset default' then close the app, then re-open.
I have been unable to get the 'Start on logging in' to retain its setting
