Subject: [PATCH] Update Slack invitation link (#73)

Update Slack invitation link to one that never expires. Note there is a 400 person join limit per invitation link so this will still need to be updated periodically to keep it working. Slack settings for the hpc.social instance have also been updated to remove the confusing option to use an hpc.social email address.
