Introduce placeholder and switch for contradicting recommendation

Introduce a placeholder, e.g., '#still?' and switch or checkbox while editing for recommendations that are "contradicting" to indications.

"Contradicting" meaning in this case either "normal metabolism" but something else than "standard dose" or "non-normal metabolism" and "standard dose".

Currently, multiple bricks are created with the same content.
