New Class Structure for WebFileSystem #9

The Class WebFileSystem has gotten big and handles many different things:

communication with server
API for WebDav
local representation of File System (Resources)

We will therefore refactor the WebFileSystem class.
My proposal would be to split this class into 3 classes (based on their function):
